NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN MEETING OF THE ELECTORS
TOWN OF FOSTER, CLARK COUNTY, WISCONSIN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a Special Town Meeting of the electors of the Town of Foster, Clark County, Wisconsin, will be held on Monday, October 12, 2026, at 6:30 PM.
The meeting will be held at the official town meeting location:
AKA Lakeside Banquet Hall, N8560 Hay Creek Road, Willard WI 54493
This Special Town Meeting is called by the Town Board pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.12(1)(c) for the following purposes:
- To consider and vote on a resolution authorizing the Town Board to construct a new town sand/salt storage shed structure, pursuant to the qualified elector powers granted under Wis. Stat. § 60.10(2)(f).
- To authorize the Town Board to appropriate, the necessary funds for the total cost of construction of said sand/salt storage structure, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 60.10(1)(a).
- To transact any other business that may legally come before a Special Town Meeting under Chapter 60 of the Wisconsin Statutes.
